How to use the test console
One tester, one call, one question at a time. The console checks every answer against Finqalab's FAQ for you.
- Type your name in the box at the top left. Everything you test is saved under it.
- Press Start test call (Today tab, right-hand side) and allow the microphone.
- Ask the questions in your pack, one at a time, in your own words — Urdu or English. Let the agent finish before the next one. The pack is the whole FAQ in order; the number next to each question is its FAQ number.
- Watch This call. Each answer is checked against the FAQ as it lands:
- ✓ Matches the FAQ — logged as correct on its own. Nothing to do.
- Needs your review — the card says why (does not match the FAQ, handed off, no answer…). Press Approve if the grade is right, Adjust to change it, Skip if it wasn't a real question.
- Carry on down the pack. A question passed by anyone on the team is ticked for everyone; a failed one moves to the top until a test passes it. Stop whenever you like — progress is saved.

What the labels mean
| ✓ Correct | The facts match the FAQ. Answering in Urdu or Roman Urdu is expected, not a fault. |
| Correct, but… | Right facts, wrong words — Hindi vocabulary, archaic Urdu, mispronounced names. |
| ✕ Wrong | Contradicts the FAQ, or invents steps, figures or features. |
| ↪ Deflected | Handed off to the Help Centre or a person when the FAQ has the answer. |
| No answer | Silence, asked to repeat, or a generic non-answer. |
Good to know
- Speak naturally. If the agent mishears, just ask again — the mis-hearing is skipped, not counted.
- Only this round's tests are shown. Earlier rounds are kept in the archive — on the Log page, set the Round filter at the top to Earlier rounds or All rounds.
- Nothing is ever deleted. Wrong grade? Adjust it — the original stays on record.

Every question testers have asked, checked against the V5.8b knowledge base. A gap is a question the knowledge base can't answer, or answers wrongly according to Finqalab's own testers — the list Finqalab needs to fill. Failures where the knowledge base does hold the answer are agent defects and stay in the Log.
